Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issues with your order. For manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we will address the issue regardless of when it is discovered, subject to warranty terms.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have a confirmed manufacturing defect or error on our part
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible
  • You must provide your order number and documentation of the issue, including photographs if applicable

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our blinds and curtains, which are manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed as a defect, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Measurement Errors

If we made an error in measurements or specifications that results in a product that does not fit as intended, we will correct the issue by remanufacturing the product to the correct specifications.

To initiate a return for a defective product:

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled without our written consent. If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel before production begins
  • Cancellation after production has started may incur charges for work already completed
  • We will confirm cancellation in writing and provide details of any applicable charges

Refund Procedure

If you are eligible for a refund, the following procedure applies:

  1. We will authorize the return and provide you with return instructions
  2. You must return the product in accordance with our instructions
  3. We will inspect the returned product to confirm the issue
  4. Upon confirmation, we will process your refund to the original payment method
  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming the issue
  6. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed

Refunds are only available for confirmed manufacturing defects or errors on our part. The refund amount will be the purchase price paid, excluding any shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Custom-made products that have been manufactured according to your specifications and are free from defects
